Our Staff

Only Websites has a staff of 43 project managers, developers, sales professionals, programmers, graphic artists, marketing specialists, flash animation and support staff. Our business recently launced a training and marketing program for outside consultants which is projected to swell our ranks to over 200 consultants by years end. Our staff understand the needs of our clients and focus on building a relationship with them based on clear communication, honesty and understanding.

Every week Only Websites has ongoing training and education on search engine optimization, standards of website design and trends as well as programming training to help each staff member better understand the needs of the client. We also train our staff on being bold and upfront with advice and counsel. Our staff members are not afraid to tell a client that suggestions made on design or marketing direction will not work but explain why and give alternate solutions.
